Sweet Occasions wedding planning offers a wide range of services form basic wedding preparation to full-service wedding arrangements and everything in between.  We have three customizable packages:

• Basic Wedding Planning Package includes a personal wedding coordinator that will assist you in arranging the details of your wedding.  They will give you suggestions on vendors for everything from cake to venues to apparel. 
• Moderate Wedding Planning Package includes everything in the Basic Package, but the wedding coordinator will also set appointments for fittings, the caterer, and venues.  Your wedding coordinator will also mail the invitations.
• Full-Service Wedding Package pulls out all the stops.  We walk you through your wedding from the beginning to your honeymoon.  It includes everything in the Moderate Wedding Planning Package, PLUS we book your venues, caterer, and honeymoon.

Each package includes a Sweet Occasions Wedding Planning Guide notebook to document ideas, list the wedding party, and keep track of important dates and details leading up to the big day. Your personal wedding coordinator will direct your wedding to ensure your special day goes off without a hitch.  As if that isn’t enough, each wedding planning package includes 50 wedding invitations and RSVP cards.  Sweet Occasions will make sure you and your guests have the best time ever.  Most of all you will enjoy your special day without having to worry about the details. 

Sometimes you know exactly what you want but aren’t quite sure how to execute your dream wedding.  That is where we come in! Sweet Occasions offers wedding consulting for any size wedding.  Our wedding consulting includes a private session where we will listen to your ideas and help design a plan to make your dream wedding come true. 

During the consultation, we’ll discuss the details of the wedding and give you our advice on how to carry them out.  You can speak with a consultant over the phone or in person.  The initial 60 minutes of the consultation is free of charge.  We will also discuss different services and products that will ensure your wedding day is the sweetest day you’ve ever known. That includes our wedding planning guide to organize your plans, hiring a wedding coordinator to direct on the day of the wedding, or customizing a complete wedding package to ensure that every aspect of your special day is covered by a professional.
